ActionMind is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform spoken audio recordings into organized text summaries, action items, and considerations. The App provides:

• Audio recording and processing capabilities
• AI-powered transcription and analysis
• Text editing and organization tools
• Export and sharing functionality

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

ActionMind offers a free trial period as specified in the App. After the trial period expires, continued use requires a paid subscription.

3.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed in the App
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• The terms and conditions of the respective app store

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not record or process content that violates any laws or regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the App to process confidential information belonging to third parties without proper authorization

5. Privacy and Data

You retain ownership of the content you create using the App, including your audio recordings and the resulting processed text.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 AI Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, the AI-powered features of ActionMind may not always produce perfect results. You should review and verify all processed content before relying on it for important decisions.

7.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActionMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ActionMind operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
